Whole Earth

A while ago I was sent a big pile of goodies from Whole Earth to review.

Smooth and crunchy pb, smooth and crunchy organic pb, dark chocolate spread, caramel and chocolate spread, and cola and elderflower drinks.

The dark chocolate spread is delicious. I am really starting to prefer dark over milk chocolate, and this had a lovely strong flavour. I used it as a cake topping, but it would be lovely on warm toast.

The chocolate caramel spread was amazing on warm pancakes :) Look at the swirl- so pretty! This was such an unusual flavour too- I have seen pb swirled with things like jam before, but I liked the idea of the caramel with the chocolate.

I would be hard pressed to choose my favourite pb! I always used to only love crunchy pb, but now I alternate between smooth and crunchy depending on my mood.

The smooth organic was delicious in the most massive apple pb sandwich! That is a whole apple in there too!

The original crunchy was amazing in some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

The crunchy organic was amazing spread on raisin and cinnamon bread.

And the crunchy organic was also amazing spread on fruity toast.

The smooth original was also pretty tasty (can’t find a picture- blogger fail!)! I could not tell the difference in taste- the original is cheaper (in bigger jars) and the organic is smaller but then with the bonus of being organic! It is all down to your preference I suppose. They all have such simple ingredients- peanuts, palm oil ( from sustainable sources) and salt. I loved the flecks of the peanut skin in the crunchy versions- makes it seem like a much more natural product too. They are quite thick too compared to some of the more runny brands. Another plus is that they are available in most supermarkets so you do not have to hunt them down.

I have not yet tried the drinks.

But they have super ingredients

and I am sure are a much healthier alternative to the usual soft drinks. :)

Thanks Whole Earth :) What a fab range of products.
